In the matter of

               Real estate of

                              JOHN HOGAN, deceased.

   To Hon. J. E. Pannier, Judge of said Court:

   The petition of Bridget Hogan widow, of the city of Chippewa Falls, County of Chippewa and State of Wisconsin, respectfully represents and shows to said judge that John Hogan deceased, late, and up to the time of his death as hereinafter stated, a resident of the city of Chippewa Falls, County of Chippewa and State of Wisconsin, died on April 8th A. D. 1904, intestate.

   That at the time of his death the said John Hogan owned and was seized in fee simple of certain real estate situated in the County of Chippewa, and State of Wisconsin, described as follows, to wit:

   Lot one (1) Block fifty-four (54) of the original plat of the City of Chippewa Falls, being the homestead of said deceased.

   That your petitioner is interested in such real estate as follows, is widow of said deceased.

   That the names of the heirs at law of said John Hogan who is now deceased, are as follows, P. R. Hogan, William Hogan, T. S. Hogan, Mary Sheehy, T. J. Sugars, John C. Hogan, M. E. Hogan and Amelia B. Manning.

   That the interest of each of said heirs in the above described premises was and is an undivided one eighth interest therein, subject to the dower and homestead interest therein of your petitioner, widow of said deceased.

   WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your honor to issue under your hand and the seal of the County Court of the County of Chippewa aforesaid, a certificate setting forth the names of the heirs at law of said John Hogan deceased, and the interest of each of said heirs in premises as above described, and which the said deceased owned and was seized at the time of his death, together with a full and complete description thereof: and in duty bound your petitioner will ever pray.

heard read the above and foregoing petition, and knows the contents thereof, and that the same is true
to her knowledge, excepting as to matters therein stated on information and belief, and as to those

matters she believes it to be true.

     I, J. E. Pannier, County Judge of Chippewa County, Wisconsin, do hereby certify that the names of the heirs of John Hogan deceased, late of Chippewa County, Wisconsin, are as follows: P. R. Hogan, William Hogan, T. S. Hogan, Mary Sheehy, T. J. Sugars, John C. Hogan, M. E. Hogan and Amelia B. Manning, and Bridget Hogan, widow of said deceased, and that the interest of each of said heirs in the premises of which said John Hogan died seized is an undivided one-eighth interest therein to wit in and to Lot number one (1) Block fifty-four (54) of the original plat of the City of Chippewa Falls, Chippewa County Wisconsin, being the homestead of said deceased, subject to the dower and homestead interest therein of Bridget Hogan, widow of said deceased.
